ADULT CLASSICAL BALLET
Adult Classical Ballet offers two sessions: BEGINNING & INTERMEDIATE
***NO previous ballet experience is required***
2:00-3:00pm SUNDAYS (Aug-March)
1:00-2:00pm SUNDAYS (April & May)
2026 Summer Classes on the following dates:
6/14, 6/21, 7/5, 7/26, 8/2 @ 2pm
8/9 @ 1pm
TUITION:
Drop-in ($20/class with cash or Venmo)
Dance Card ($190/10 classes - purchase through Parent Portal)
No contract required.
BEGINNING ADULT BALLET
This is a BEGINNING level ballet technique class. The class is primarily based upon the Cecchetti Grade 1 syllabus which gives a thorough knowledge base for learning classical ballet technique. You will leave class feeling challenged, invigorated, and inspired. Some of our adult students enjoy performing in our annual ballets!
Ballet should bring a smile to your face and put a spring in your step! At CBS we are serious about our ballet, but have lots of fun doing it. We've even been known to get together after class for some yummy food and great conversation. We're sure you'll fit right in.
Students are welcome to wear whatever they feel most comfortable in - traditional ballet attire or yoga-type clothing (no bare midriffs please). You will need a pair of pink split-sole ballet shoes in the brand of your choice.

No INTERMEDIATE classes in June or July. Intermediate classes resume August 23.

INTERMEDIATE ADULT BALLET
Our INTERMEDIATE adult students have danced before and want to recapture the creative outlet they enjoyed throughout childhood or they may be former advanced dancers wanting to get back into shape. Either way, our adult INTERMEDIATE class is classical ballet technique in a fun, encouraging environment. You will leave class feeling challenged, invigorated, and inspired. Some of our adult students enjoy performing in our annual ballets!
